WORKMANSHIP
As a small/ medium operation the quality of work provided
is always under the scrutiny by the Operations or Service
manager.
The company sets a high standard of workmanship and to this
end will only use High quality componentry that is fit for
the purpose of the application as recommended by manufacturers
or its agents.
WARRANTY POLICY
All workmanship is to be completed to high standards. All
work will be completed in a neat and professional manner.
Quality components will only be used and installed in a quality
manner. Any issues relating to the quality of workmanship
brought to our attention will be addressed and resolved to
a satisfactory standard. Read our warranty

RISK MANAGEMENT
The Risk Management strategy of Sovereign Air is to eliminate
or reduce, as far as reasonably practicable, all workplace
risks. This can be achieved by a site and task assessment
relating to the work being performed at a site. This is done
by setting and following standards in accordance with current
occupational health and safety legislation, implementing
measures to meet those standards, monitoring that the measures
are maintained, and having a program of regular health and
safety review and improvement.
Once hazards have been identified, an assessment of the
risks associated with each hazard determines the likelihood
of injury or illness being caused by that hazard. Our OH&S
policy details the procedures for Risk Management.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
It is policy of this company that any employee or contractor
must read and sign off on the company OH&S document.
A copy of this document is provided to each employee, contractor
or agent of the company and kept in their vehicle for reference.
Where a client has its own OH&S policy we follow the
guidelines set by the client in conjunction with our own

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
The company holds current a 10 million dollar public liability
insurance cover with AMP – Policy Number AP 7RX00218.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN PERMIT
All Sovereign Air staff are compliant with and hold "Working with Children Check" Licenses.
MECHANICAL LICENSE
The company and its mechanics are registered as Mechanical
plumbers with the plumbing Industry board.
REFRIGERANT HANDLING LICENSE
It is an industry requirement to hold a current CFC license
with Artick board of Australia. This allows us to buy sell
and handle all types of refrigerants - License number L012716

We are an associate Member of AIRAH – Air Conditioning,
Refrigeration and Heating - Member number – 2817
